You undertake to always follow the user instructions for the Website.

Availability, security and accuracy of the Website

 

1. Although we aim to have the Website available 24 hours a day, we cannot be held responsible for the Website being unavailable for any reason at any time. Our liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law in all cases other than in relation to services we provide to an individual customer (which shall be governed by their own contractual terms), to the extent permitted by law:
a) our total liability to you and any third party shall in no event exceed a value of the greater of: i) USD 10; or ii) 110% of a total sum paid by you to us in the 12 months before the cause of action arose; and

b) we shall not be liable (whether in contract, tort, negligence, restitution or any legal aspect of liability) in relation to your use or inability to use or delay in using the Website or any material on it or available from it or from any action or decision as a result of using the Website or such material for any:
(a) indirect or consequential losses, damages, costs or expenses; (b) loss of actual or anticipated profits; (c) loss of contracts; (d) loss of use of money; (e) loss of anticipated savings; (f) loss of revenue; (g) loss of goodwill; (h) loss of reputation; (i) loss of business; (j) loss of time; (k) loss of opportunity; or (l) loss of, damage to or corruption of data; whether or not such losses were reasonably foreseeable or we were advised that you might suffer such losses.For the avoidance of doubt, (b) and (l) apply whether such loss is direct, indirect or otherwise.
If you enter into a contract with us by placing a product order on the Website, which we accept in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, the relevant terms of these Terms and Conditions relating to our liability and its limitation in relation to such contract shall supersede the limitation of liability terms in the paragraph above.

Trademarks and service marks

Preparedsweden's name and logos and all related names, design marks and slogans are our trademarks or service marks or those of our licensors.

Intellectual property rights

 

1. You may print off one copy or download extracts from any part of the Website for your personal use.
2. You may not modify in any way any print or digital copy of the material on the Website and you may not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or other graphics separately from any accompanying text.
3. You must not use any material on the Website for marketing purposes without permission from us or our licensors.
4. If you print off, copy or download any part of the Website in breach of the Terms of Use, your right to use the Website will cease immediately and you must, at your option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.

Governing law and jurisdiction

 

These Terms of Use and your use of the Website (and any non-contractual relationship that may arise out of or in connection with them) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the US. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the US courts to settle any disputes that may arise out of these Terms of Use.

Force Majeure

We consider ourselves exempt from fulfilling our obligations in these terms and conditions if it is due to changed legislation, government action, labor market conflict, fire, flood, war, terrorism, sabotage, pandemics, accidents of major proportions or similar events.

Fraud

Attempted fraud with, for example, false or stolen card details is reported to the police. We log IP addresses in connection with payment being made in order to use these in the event of a police report.
