Are you not satisfied with the product or has something gone wrong with the delivery?
You can return your order up to 14 days after receipt and we will ensure that the return is credited to your account as soon as possible!
Please note: When returning a product, it must be unused and in its original packaging.

Step 2: Enter your order number
Step 3: The reason for your return (Not satisfied/error)
Step 4: What you want to get from us. (Money back/replacement product)
Reimbursement
If your return is accepted, we will send you a replacement product or refund the amount paid.
Shipment
You are responsible for the transportation of the product to be returned.
If you want to return your order, you must pay the shipping costs.
After receiving your return, the amount will be refunded to your account within 10 working days.
